The programmes were created to give accessibility to all. With this in mind I have created exercise programmes to not only strengthen pelvic floor but to also look at the surrounding muscles. The Exercises are targeted to help strengthen pelvic floor, core, glutes and adductors. The aim is to help provide stability, aid the best function for pelvic floor. These exercises can also help improve posture and reduce pressure on lower back

CORE

This programme is ideal for those  looking at preventive or have noticed some very light changes.

 

Core gives you the fundamentals to aid improvement of pelvic floor strength; as well as glute, adductors and core muscles.

The programme consist of 6 stages.

The exercise will change every 4 weeks over a total of a 24 week period.

GUIDANCE

Like the core ,this programme is ideal for those  looking at preventive or have noticed some very light changes.

 

Guidance offers that additional support.

Helping those who maybe feeling a bit overwhelmed and not so confident with exercise.

Guidance allows more flexibility in your programme, as it  can be tailored made, adjusted, adapted to suit your specific needs and capability level.

TAILORED

Tailored, is a package for those very aware of changes. A feeling of heaviness, discomfort in the vagina. Suffering from regular leakages, sudden urge to relive  yourself and struggling to hold continence.

This package is not available online as it requires physical examinations.

 

This helps assess pelvic floor strength and create the best tailored plan. Personalised exercises, as well as a 12 week use of the pelvic floor stimulator. Which helps aid quicker results.
